How we started
Manju Shree Primary School opened in 2023 in a traditional stone building in Patarasi-3, Jumla. Supported by local community members, Buddhist monks, and international partners, the school held a joyful opening ceremony that welcomed the village's children to a place built especially for them.
Just a few years in, the school is already home to a close-knit community of students, teachers, and volunteers. Kind individuals and local partners have stepped in to help make sure every student has the supplies they need.
